For Enid First Assembly Father’s Day was one of the lowest attended days of the year, now it’s one of our biggest events of the year! Cars, trucks, big boy toys, hot wings eating contest and an encouraging message to Dad’s. This year we have world recorder holder for the fastest hot water bottle burst, Brian Jackson. The event is an outreach for our community.

This event was called drive to 2009.
We when to the movies and watched Tale Of Despereaux. (The movie was great but don’t take my word for it, check out this review or this review or watch this review.) The theater made a great deal for us even threw in popcorn, skittles, and soda for each kid with free refills on popcorn and soda. Then we went to Burger King which has the biggest play-land in Enid. Burger King’s service was amazing and fast and the food was hot and fresh. They even stay open one hour later then regular closing time. Finally we drove to the church to play Sardines and at midnight we went into the gym for a balloon and confetti drop and toliet paper launch. ( You can buy a balloon drop kit or make your own by fill large garbage bags with balloons and confetti then tying the closed end with 50lb fishing lineĀ and Duct Tape or Duck Tape and loosely tying the open end with ribbon or string. Also I use toilet paper launchers, here’s the tutorial.)

It has been a crazy summer. I’ve been to 2 summer camps, trying to sell my house, selling yorkies, riding my bike for an independent movie Cody, Sean, and I have been working on, launchingenidmomslive.blogpot.com and working on a game show for sunday. I planning not use twitter and JOTT.com to keep my blog more up to date.
This is a great video of me blobing one of the kids at middle school cam
“Here is a teaser trailer for a documentary I’m working on with Cody Jensen and Sean Gallagher. Sean and I are training to compete in the “Hotter n’ Hell 100″, one of the toughest races in the United States. With no biking experience, we will train and compete for the race in a little over a month. We decided to stop dreaming and start doing. Keep watching for more clips and information.
If you would like your business or product to have a place in the documentary, sponsorships are available. Sponsorship can include product placement, discussion of sponsor in documentary, listing on website and DVD. “Splash Zone Water Park”, Enid OK, joined the team purchasing a Sony DCR-VX2100 to shoot the documentary. Sponsor funding will go towards the purchase of another Sony camera or a GlideCam ($300), One Racing Bike ($300-$600), and four Bike Mounted Cameras ($100 each).

Wow, Easter what a great time! Saturday night we had our Annual Easter Egg Hunt. We packed the gym with kids and parents. Our volunteers rocked, they did such a great job helping the families to check in, and find their way around, I also had great help outside getting all the egg out and in helping with Easter Egg Hunt itself. We had over a 100,000 eggs. That’s amazing! Also, we really did some really cool stuff this year. Our service was called the Ultimate Super Hero, it was all about Jesus. We did this magic trick where we made a crushed soda can that was open, close, reseal and then heal it, then we reopen it and poured soda into a glass. we used that to talk about how the ultimate super hero, Jesus rose from the dead. We had skits with superhero wanna-be in training, and a gorilla.Mike bell did an awesome drawing Jesus. We had a great time, it was a lot of fun. It’s cool because every year we keep growing and this thing just keeps getting bigger and bigger. It was such a great time getting to hang out with all the kids and just seeing what God can do.
Getting Ready For Easter. Just finished shooting a commercial, it now time to stuff eggs and finish service preparation. This year we’re bring in the youth dance team to preform “What we gonna do?” by tobyMac. Our theme will be Heroes. I’m really Excited!
